Production time

All of our jewelry is entirely handmade by Montreal Artist Goldsmith Éliane-Catrie Blouin Achim. Allow from 3 to 5 business days for your order to ship. A minimal two weeks delay (before delivery) will be needed for sizing (rings) or any custom alterations. 


Packaging

Out of concern for the environment, all your jewelry will be sent to you in recyclable and recycled packaging, whilst also guaranteeing their protection.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and no not include shipping fees.

Payment methods

We only accepts secured payments on Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account in order to purchase, you can pay with your credit card through the Paypal website. Payment is expected at the time you place your order unless prior arrangements are made.

Shipping

All of our jewelry is shipped via Canada Post. At check out, it will be possible for you to select the shipping methods of your choice. Delivery times and prices vary according to the delivery method chosen. Please note that we can not be held responsible for any delays or loss due to delivery services or covid 19. All possible customs taxes are your responsibility. Please don’t forget to shop early this holiday season as parcel volumes will increase due to COVID-19.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, it will be possible for you to exchange it, if returned within 10 days following reception date (excluding shipping costs). The jewel must be returned intact and with its original packaging. No reimbursement. Please write us in order to obtain a return authorization number and instructions regarding the shipping of your jewel. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Damages and defects

We strive to do our best so that you receive your order in perfect condition. To do so, all our jewellery is carefully inspected and packed before each shipment. However, in the case of breakage due to shipment or fabrication defect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
